How can I contact Beplace?

Beplace simplifies communication by offering structured, secure, and responsive ways to connect. You can schedule a call at a time that works best for you, allowing us to connect on your schedule and discuss your specific needs. For written inquiries, Beplace maintains a single, public-facing email address, with every message routed to a Beplace operator to ensure fast and efficient responses.

Beplace does not initiate or solicit communication with any current lender unless the Borrower has provided prior written authorization and Beplace has explicitly agreed in writing to such engagement. Any unsolicited communications received from a lender will be disregarded and will not be forwarded to the Borrower under any circumstances. Beplace assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or implications of any unsolicited lender communications and disclaims any duty to act upon, acknowledge, or respond to such communications in any manner.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Beplace does not initiate, respond to, or forward unsolicited communications from third parties—including but not limited to brokers, lenders, attorneys, or other non-clients—regarding any transaction. Any communication originally initiated by a third party that has not been explicitly authorized by Beplace will be considered unsolicited, even if forwarded by an intermediary such as a Borrower Attorney or Borrower Broker. Any such communications will be ignored, and Beplace assumes no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or implications.

Once engaged, clients are provided with specific contact information assigned to their transaction, ensuring seamless and personalized communication throughout the process.

Why does Beplace use a single public-facing email address?
Beplace maintains one centralized email address for all inquiries to enhance privacy, security, and efficiency. Instead of listing contact details for individual team members, we route all communication through a single, secure channel, reducing exposure to unnecessary third parties and protecting client privacy.

By funneling all communications through one address, we ensure that messages are monitored, encrypted, and handled only by authorized personnel, maintaining consistent and secure communication. This approach also simplifies response management, so clients never have to search for the right contact—every email is automatically directed to the appropriate Beplace operator for a prompt and informed response. Additionally, it ensures continuity and reliability; unlike firms that rely on individual contacts who may be unavailable, Beplace guarantees that all communications are handled seamlessly, without delays due to personnel changes or out-of-office situations.

Beplace does not engage with brokers outside of co-brokerage or referral agreements and limits coordination with third parties strictly to the scope of the agreed-upon engagement structure.

Who will respond when I email Beplace?
When you email Beplace, a Beplace operator will respond. Operators are trained to assess inquiries from prospective clients, coordinate scheduling, and ensure that messages are directed to the appropriate team members.

For current clients, communication is routed according to the specific contact information assigned to their transaction, ensuring seamless, personalized service.

In engagements involving attorney oversight, Beplace may communicate with the borrower only under the explicit direction of the Borrower Attorney to comply with privilege considerations and legal engagement structures. This approach guarantees that all communications—whether from new inquiries or existing clients—are handled in a timely and professional manner, without unnecessary delays or misdirection.
